deceasedlavy It's always risky reviewing a Phish show when you can tell correct notes from blatantly wrong ones and have some sense of rhythm. Andrew's review is quite generous; listening to this show today, I could hardly believe these guys would go out on tour so unprepared. It's one of the sloppiest shows I've ever heard by any band. I've never felt so taken for granted as a fan, sort of a full-circle moment for having taken the band for granted back in the day. But why would they bother rehearsing, I suppose, when it literally makes no difference to the majority of the fanbase? As someone who absolutely loved summer tour (minus just a couple of duds), I am baffled as to why they even booked these dates. Bring on Oysterhead.
