Great debate tho! I’ll go ahead and say the Tower Jam is the only contender I’d put in the ring with KV. I still don’t understand how people are high on the Hourglass...pretty weak ‘gag’ if you ask me...I was disappointed in it as my first Phish NYE gag.
That was my NYE show too. You were disappointed by crazy lights, an hour glass, and a bad ass 15 minute jam?

As for best gag, all in, it’s really hard to argue against DSOTM. At that time, that was the fastest the previous nights set list was known by the Phish nation. Talk about surprise factor.
